Flickr (Yahoo! owned) is a favorite place of mine on the web. It offers its users a place to host their photos and videos (this feature is quite new). It is also a great community. Flickr is also used by a vast number of bloggers as both a tool and a source of inspiration. It integrates very well within websites as well as blogging platforms (as demonstrated in the right sidebar of this page).

Dropbox beta invites

Dropbox is another online file sharing system that works with both Mac OS and Windows. Take a look at the screencast below to get an overview of what makes Dropbox different from all the other online file sharing clients. If you are interested in getting an invite for the beta then leave a comment with your contact info or email me directly (see the contact section). Hurry up. Beta users get 2GB accounts and get to keep it even after the beta is over while the new free accounts will supposedly only have 1GB.
